Hi, I’m Lindsey — the baker behind The Barn Bell.
What started as baking sourdough for my family quickly turned into sharing fresh bread with our local community. Each loaf is slow-fermented, hand-shaped, and baked right here on our farm using simple ingredients and traditional methods.
The Barn Bell is about slowing down, gathering around good food, and bringing a little homemade comfort back to the table.
